Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from computerstyretjulelys.dk operated by Lightish. The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been made between the buyer and computerstyretjulelys.dk.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you regret the purchase, you must send an email to us with the subject “Return of order [ordre nr.]” stating that you wish to return the goods, this must be done no later than 14 days after the day you received the goods. You are obliged to return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. This also applies to the packaging and accessories included with the item. If the goods are not returned in substantially the same condition and quantity and with the original packaging, the buyer will have to pay the depreciation of the goods. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself. ComputerstyretJulelys.dk does not cover shipping costs when returning goods. returned goods must not be sent by letter. Business customers have no right of withdrawal. Shipping costs are not refundable in case of refused receipt or packages not picked up by the deadline.
Right of complaint
ComputerstyretJulelys.dk provides a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and defects that should be discovered by usual examination of the product must be notified to ComputerstyretJulelys.dk within 14 days. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, by agreement, possible credit.
In the event that a customer returns an item for exchange, repair, or similar, and the item is found to be fully functional after our examination, a testing fee of 200 DKK will be charged. This fee covers the cost of testing and assessing the functionality of the item.
Delivery and delivery time
The item is considered delivered when it is left at the address, picked up in the parcel shop or collected. All orders are shipped with Post Nord unless otherwise stated. When the order is ready to be shipped, an email will be sent with the package shipping number/trace number.
When shipping to a parcel shop/parcel box, the package must be picked up within 7 days, if this is not complied with, the package will be returned at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed, the return package will be treated as a return and the shipping price will be deducted from the refund.

It is possible to pick up the order in Odense by appointment. When the order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email with more information.
Discount codes
Discount codes sent to customers via email may not be shared or used by other people. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the customer’s email is not the same as the one sent.
Discount codes that give free shipping on an order can only be used for delivery within Denmark. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the customer’s delivery address is not in Denmark on inhabited islands.
Discount codes are valid for one month after release, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
Price and payment

Denmark and EU: shown with VAT (25%) and without shipping. Business customers in the EU (not Denmark) must contact us to place an order, as the shop does not validate VAT. no. and charges VAT.
Norway and: Prices are shown without VAT (0%) and Shipping. We do not sell to private customers in Norway without VAT. no.
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK). The amount will only be charged when your package is shipped.
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, MobilePay and direct bank transfer.
Prices are subject to errors and we reserve the right to cancel orders in case of price and VAT errors. This may include incorrect currency conversions or typing errors.
CE marking
Computerstyretjulelys.dk sells products for hobby use and is not sold as a finished product and therefore all products are not CE marked.
Manuals
Not all products come with a manual and some manuals are in English. Of course, there should be no doubt about how to use our products, so you are welcome to send an email with your question(s) before using the product.
